Where your data lives
Your data stays in your environment, in your cloud or on your own servers, unless you agree otherwise in writing. We prefer to build inside your systems and not copy data out.
AI model providers
We do not use your data to train models. We use model providers’ no-training and no-retention terms where they are available, and we tell you in writing which providers a system uses before it is built.
Who has access
Only the named people on your project have access, through accounts and permissions you control. You can remove access at any time.
Logging and approval
Every action a system takes is logged. Steps where a mistake would be costly need a person’s approval.
Confidentiality
We work under a signed confidentiality agreement before you share any data.
End of the project
Any data we hold is returned or deleted, and we confirm it in writing.
Regulated organisations
Rules differ by country and regulator. Before work starts we review the outsourcing and data-residency rules that apply to you, together with your compliance team.
