Who we are

Oridom AI is an AI engineering firm founded in 2026 by engineers. Between us we have more than 20 years of experience building software, we build production multi-agent AI systems, and we have taught more than 10,000 students to build with AI.

We put all three to work for our clients: we build the system, prove it works, and train the team that will run it.

Why we started Oridom AI

Many AI projects stop at the demo. We have seen it from the inside, as engineers building production systems and as trainers teaching people to build with AI.

A useful production system needs more than a model. It needs a clearly defined workflow, representative tests, monitoring, human approval and a team that understands how to operate it.

We are new, so we publish our methods, our test results and our failures as each reference build is finished.

We teach what we build

Between them, our founders lead a faculty of about 100 AI instructors and have taught more than 10,000 students to build with AI.

We bring that teaching into companies through our training programmes, and to engineers through the FDE Academy, where they learn the forward-deployed way of working we use on every project: start with the work, build where it will run, show progress every week, and hand over when it works.

Where we work

We are based in Karachi, Pakistan, and work remotely with teams in the Gulf, the UK and the US. Calls are scheduled in hours that overlap with yours. Training and workshops are available on-site in Pakistan.

Our leadership

Aneeq Khatri

Co-founder & CEO

Leads AI engineering and evaluation, and the Finance specialty. He designs and ships production multi-agent AI systems at a US AI company, where every agent is tested against real cases and monitored once it is live. He was a full-stack engineer before moving into AI, and started his career in accounting operations, so he knows finance work from the inside. He also heads a faculty of about 100 AI instructors at GIAIC.

Bilal Muhammad Khan

CTO

Leads architecture and delivery, and the Media specialty. He has spent more than 20 years designing and building large web applications and the databases behind them, including nearly a decade at Jang Group and Geo TV. Today he manages software teams and works across Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, microservices and Kafka.
